How does it work and what does it do?

The BLS Battery Reviver is a patented device that dissolves the sulphur that builds up in your batteries. After a while batteries develop a residue of sulphur on the lead plates inside the batteries. This has three effects. Firstly, it kind of suffocates the batteries, stopping them from reaching the correct voltage. Secondly it weakens the sulphuric acid.
